SHIPPING POLICY

All orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our company, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process. 


All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

EyeKisses Collections offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to order is non-refundable. 


Return Qualifications:

  • Order must be purchased from EyeKissesCollection.com.

  • Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return. 

  • No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product. 

  • Products must be in original packaging. 

  • Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.

  • Final Sale Items can not be returned.
